ORDER & LOGISTICS

Understand the key steps of our rock phosphate transaction process, from initial buyer inquiry to documentation and bulk shipment coordination

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

PHOSATLAS TRADING follows a clear and structured process designed to facilitate international B2B rock phosphate transactions from the initial inquiry through contract confirmation and shipment coordination.

INITIAL BUYER INQUIRY

The process begins with a commercial inquiry from the buyer, including the required quantity, destination port, preferred delivery schedule and any specific technical requirements.

REQUIREMENTS & COMMERCIAL OFFER

PHOSATLAS TRADING reviews the buyer’s requirements and provides the available product specifications and supporting information. Once requirements are aligned, a commercial offer is prepared based on volume, commercial terms and logistics requirements.

CONTRACT & PAYMENT

After acceptance of the commercial offer, the parties proceed with the sales contract and agreed payment arrangements. Preferred payment method: Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight.

YOUR RELIABLE ROCK PHOSPHATE SUPPLY PARTNER

We are committed to supporting reliable bulk supply through clear documentation, structured logistics and professional coordination throughout the transaction.

DELIVERY & LOGISTICS COORDINATION

Once the order, contract and payment terms are confirmed, the transaction moves to the bulk shipment coordination stage. Rock phosphate is transported as bulk cargo in accordance with the agreed shipping terms and destination port.

Shipment and transit times vary depending on cargo volume, vessel availability, destination, port conditions and agreed Incoterms. A specific shipping schedule is therefore established for each transaction.

PHOSATLAS TRADING coordinates the commercial and shipping documentation with the parties involved and keeps the buyer informed throughout the transaction process.

DOCUMENTATION & BUYER INFORMATION

Buyers are requested to provide key commercial information, including company details, required quantity, destination port, preferred delivery schedule and any specific technical requirements.

Depending on the transaction, supporting documents may include product specifications, certificates of analysis, commercial invoice, packing or weight documentation, certificate of origin, shipping documents and Bill of Lading. Final documentation is determined according to the contract and Letter of Credit requirements.
